An AI assistant that answers your customers 24/7.

Included with every website I build. Ask it something to see it work.

Adam Berger

Adam's assistant

Online now. Adam reads every brief.

Hi, I'm Adam's AI assistant.

Ask me about websites, prices or the AI assistant that comes with every site. When you're ready, I'll put your details in a brief for Adam.

AI can make mistakes. Read the privacy notice.

This is the assistant on my own site, live. Yours works the same way.

What it does on your website

It takes the questions you answer ten times a day, on your website, at any hour. It doesn't send WhatsApps or chase leads: it gets enquiries to you, ready to follow up.

Answers questions

Prices, services, hours and the areas you cover: it answers from your own information, in your tone, at any hour.

What are your rates? Are you open on Saturdays?Do you cover Pretoria?

Helps people choose

It asks a question or two and points each visitor to the service or product that fits, so nobody leaves confused.

Which treatment is right for me?What's the difference between these?Which package suits a small team?

Takes enquiries

When someone's ready, it collects their details and sends you the enquiry with the whole conversation attached.

Can I book for Friday? Can someone call me back?I'd like a quote

Knows when to hand over

Complaints, special requests and anything it isn't sure of come to you, instead of getting a guess.

I'd like to speak to someoneCan you do a custom order?I have a complaint

Built to behave

It speaks for your business, so it has to be trustworthy. Every assistant I set up comes with these as standard, including the one on this page.

It stays on topic

It talks about your business and politely declines everything else, however the question is dressed up.

It can't be talked into things

Customers can't trick it into discounts, promises or revealing its instructions. I test every assistant against these tricks before it goes live.

It hands over to you

Complaints, special requests and anything it isn't sure about come to you as an enquiry, with the conversation attached.

It's honest about being AI

It tells people they're talking to an assistant, and it says so when it doesn't know rather than making something up.

Your conversations stay private

Built on business-grade AI services that don't train their models on your customers' conversations.

Protected from abuse

Bot protection, rate limits and spending caps stop anyone from running up costs or flooding your inbox.

How it's set up

No separate project and no extra price: it's part of building your website.

  1. It learns your business

Your services, prices, hours and the questions you hear most, plus how it should sound when it speaks for you.

  2. I test it hard

Before your site goes live, it's tested against awkward, off-topic and hostile questions, and you try it yourself.

  3. It launches with your site

It goes live with your website, at no extra cost, ready to answer the moment the first visitor arrives.

  4. I keep it sharp

I review its conversations and update what it knows as your business changes, as part of the R500 a month.

Made by someone who builds AI products

Relay, my own AI product, drafts replies to support emails for a person to approve. The same care for accuracy goes into the assistant on every site I build.

Questions, answered

What does it cost?

Nothing extra. An assistant comes with every website I build, and its running costs are part of the R500 a month.

Can I add one to my existing website?

No. It's part of the websites I build, so it only runs on sites I design and look after. That's how I keep it accurate, secure and up to date.

Does it reply on WhatsApp or follow up with leads?

No. It works on your website: it answers questions there and sends enquiries to you, with the conversation attached, so you can follow up yourself.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. It writes in your tone, in plain language, and keeps answers short. It also tells people they're talking to an AI assistant, which customers appreciate.

What happens when it doesn't know something?

It says so and offers to pass the question to you, so nobody gets a made-up answer.

Which AI do you use?

I build on leading models from companies like Anthropic and OpenAI, chosen for quality, speed and cost.
