AI email automation for support teams: reads incoming email and drafts accurate replies from a company’s own knowledge base. Built entirely solo: dual Gmail and Microsoft Graph sync pipelines over OAuth, Pub/Sub ingestion, RAG over PostgreSQL + pgvector, multi-model LLM routing across Claude, GPT and Gemini, MCP tool servers, and Stripe billing. ~14,000 emails processed in production; hosting re-architected from GCP Kubernetes to a single VPS for a ~91% cost cut.

A link-in-bio MVP that never leaks destination URLs to bots, scrapers or referrers. Ten layered protections: URLs stripped before the server/client boundary, POST-only link API with double-submit CSRF, decoy payloads for scraper user-agents, signed 15-minute redirect tokens, site-wide no-referrer policy, in-app-browser breakout, and per-link age gating.
